Student-Centered Case Conferencing Model
Led the end-to-end production of training videos modeling collaborative case conferencing for neurodiverse students, coordinating a cross-functional team of eight specialists across roles, managing scope and timeline, and delivering both assets on deadline for citywide distribution.
This project was less about video production and more about systems design: defining the workflow, aligning stakeholders with competing priorities, and creating a reusable training artifact that scaled across every Nest school in NYC."
